Job Description
We’re seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Assistant Stylist to join our boutique curly hair salon. This is an incredible opportunity for a licensed cosmetologist who is passionate about curly hair and is ready to grow their skills quickly and confidently, stay actively involved in the salon environment, and receive personalized mentorship in a professional setting.
You’ll be supporting a solo stylist in a private studio, so your role will be hands-on and fast-paced. While the space is calm and relaxing for clients, behind the scenes we move with intention and high standards.
This is a role designed for growth - meaning promotions are earned throughout the training program until achieving a Curl Specialist position at Curl Coven.
*Tennessee Cosmetology License required
