What You’ll Do: \n\nGrow and invest in your skills, capabilities, and career, by delivering Speech Language Pathology services to school-based children across the nation, leveraging technology that includes proprietary tools to support and enable clinical care, in an environment that is flexible to your needs.\n\nHuddle up with school instructors and experienced clinical mentors to deliver outstanding Speech Language Pathology services to children in need\nDevelop your skills, career, and expertise within a supportive team-based environment\nProvide telehealth services to a diverse population of school aged children\nWork on a flexible schedule designed to meet your needs\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\nCompensation for direct and indirect time\n\n$2,500 sign on bonus for provider who hold a Michigan, Indiana, New York, South Carolina, Georgia, or Missouri License and can work 30 or more hours per week\nUp to a $250 monthly incentive (up to $3,000 per year)\n\nAccess to Company can receive a $2,500 sign on bonus for providers who can work 30 hours or more per week ($1,250 paid after 90 days of employment, $1,250 paid at the end of the school year)\n\nFor providers who reside in AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, KS, KY, MI, MN, MT, NC, NH, NV, OK, OR, SC, UT, WI, and WY:\n\nExact compensation band is $44-$49 an hour\nOpportunity to earn up to a $250 (up to $3,000 per year) monthly incentive for providers who work 60 hours or more in an invoicing period (approximately every 2 weeks) and meet other eligibility criteria. \nExact hourly rate will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, geographical location, and other qualifications.\nFor providers who reside in CA, HI, and NY:\n\nExact compensation band is $44-$54 an hour\nOpportunity to earn up to a $250 (up to $3,000 per year) monthly incentive for providers who work 60 hours or more in a pay period (approximately every 2 weeks) and meet other eligibility criteria. \nExact hourly rate will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, geographical location, and other qualifications.\nFor providers who reside in AL, ID, LA, ME, MO, MS, ND, NE, SD, TN, VT, and WV:\n\nExact compensation band is $44-$47 an hour\nOpportunity to earn up to a $250 (up to $3,000 per year) monthly incentive for providers who work 60 hours or more in a pay period (approximately every 2 weeks) and meet other eligibility criteria. \nExact hourly rate will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, geographical location, and other qualifications.\nFor providers who reside in AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, KS, KY, MI, MN, MT, NC, NH, NV, OK, OR, SC, UT, WI, and WY:\n\nExact depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, geographical location, and other qualifications.\nMinimum Requirements:\n\nAble to commit to 30 or more hours per week\nHold an active, unrestricted, and valid SLP license in your state of residence, in good standing\nHold CCCs: Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency\nFull-time resident of the United States\nSchool experience or experience working with school aged pediatric population\nExperience and comfortability with the use of various types of technology\nFollow Huddle Up documentation guidelines for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes\nParticipate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinator\nPrepare progress reports as requested by the school and
