Job Description

The Task leads designated for the Tasks must possess the balance of project management and technical accounting experience that would enable successful performance in their respective Tasks.

Each task lead must possess at least ten years of federal accounting and financial management experience , and five years of experience as a lead capacity in their respective Task .

The task lead must meet the following requirements, all of which must have demonstrated proven financial management success that resulted from the task lead's direct contribution:

Be a certified PMP, a PMP candidate with expected certification within six months of Task Order award, and/or have demonstrated experience leading or directing the work of others using project risk management, planning, and communication techniques that resulted in successful project completion in projects that are commensurate in scope and size of the assigned Task.

• CGFM or CPA is desired
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills used in staff guidance, technical instructions, and status reporting
• Possess demonstrated technical accounting knowledge and hands-on experience, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail that were used to execute the accounting functions and to directly resolve financial reporting, audit, budget execution, payroll, and/or financial analysis issues of varying complexities, the results of which contributed to financial management success
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience researching and applying the applicable federal financial management standards governing the assigned Task.

• Possess B.S. or B.A. in Accounting, and be a subject mater expert in federal financial management and federal financial reporting.
