Title: System Administrator
Pay: $55 - $65/ hour
Location: 100% remote
Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and well-rounded Systems Admin to join our IT support team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving across all levels of support tickets, and brings strong experience in Microsoft 365 administration. The ideal candidate will be comfortable jumping between high-level technical tasks and basic support issues without hesitation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support to end users across the organization
• Administer and support the Microsoft 365 environment, including:
o Powershell scripting for user and delegate access management
o Azure AD and Intune configuration and troubleshooting
• Perform basic troubleshooting and configuration changes on Fortinet firewalls and access points:
o DNS troubleshooting, port enablement, connectivity issues
• Manage and respond to service tickets using ManageEngine:
o Handle Tier 1 tickets without ego or hesitation
o Escalate or resolve complex Tier 2/3 tickets as needed
• Maintain thorough documentation of incidents, resolutions, and changes
• Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and daily operations
Requirements:
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, PowerShell, Azure AD, and Intune
• Familiarity with Fortinet firewalls and wireless access points
• Experience using ManageEngine or similar ticketing/monitoring systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a customer-first mindset
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Willingness to take ownership of issues at any tier level
