Position: Sales Project Manager Location: Jacksonville, FL
Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Project Manager specialized flooring projects to lead our sales initiatives and manage projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge in flooring installation and project management, with a strong focus on commercial and government sales.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives in the flooring sector.
- Manage and oversee flooring installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their flooring needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present estimates for flooring projects, including detailed pricing and timelines.
- Cultivate relationships with government agencies and commercial clients to drive sales growth.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and project management within the flooring industry.
- Strong knowledge of flooring installation processes and materials.
- Experience in estimating and budgeting for flooring projects.
- Familiarity with government sales processes and commercial flooring sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Benefits - Base Salary: $70K-$110K
