Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a scalable B2B sales strategy targeting regional chains, eCommerce wholesale platforms, and foodservice partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and high-value customer segments to drive revenue and margin expansion.
  • Build and manage pricing strategies, sales targets, and promotional programs to grow share in key markets.
  • Oversee end-to-end distribution execution, including logistics coordination, customer fulfillment, and service-level performance.
  • Partner closely with supply chain and warehouse leadership to ensure inventory availability, on-time delivery, and operational excellence.
  • Optimize route efficiency, delivery protocols, and customer service processes across geographies.
  • Deepen relationships with top accounts through direct engagement, tailored service models, and consistent follow-up.
  • Represent ATS Mfg. at key industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to strengthen market presence and build new relationships.
  • Establish account management processes and customer success KPIs to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing sales and distribution team across functions and locations.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish training, performance management, and career development frameworks to scale talent.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, finance, and executive leadership to align business objectives and accelerate growth.
  • Act as the voice of the customer in internal planning discussions and system upgrades.
