Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and data-driven Revenue Operations Manager to join our team in the Plano, TX office . This role will oversee and optimize all sales and marketing platforms including HubSpot, Seamless.AI, and related tools. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support RFP responses, manage renewals, and improve operational efficiencies across the revenue lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Own and administer our sales and marketing tech stack, including HubSpot (CRM), Seamless.AI, and other lead generation, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools Maintain data integrity, manage user permissions, and ensure efficient workflow automation within platforms Generate and analyze reports, dashboards, and KPIs to drive strategic decision-making Partner with the CRO and Sales team to support all phases of the sales cycle Assist in the preparation of proposals and responses to RFPs, including assembling required documentation, coordinating internal input, and ensuring timely submission Maintain and update a central RFP knowledge base to improve response efficiency Support Customer Success and Sales in managing client renewals and subscription tracking Ensure timely follow-up and documentation of renewal activities within the CRM Identify at-risk renewals through reporting and flag proactively for Sales and Account Management Help define and refine revenue operations processes to improve team productivity and revenue predictability Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align systems and strategies across the funnel Provide training and documentation to team members on sales processes and tools Qualifications Required: 3+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations role This position requires 2 days in the Plano, TX Office and does not offer relocation assistance Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and familiarity with sales/marketing platforms like Seamless.AI, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. Experience supporting RFP responses and/or complex sales processes Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data visualization tools Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills Preferred: Experience working with public sector clients or in government-facing SaaS Familiarity with contract renewals and customer lifecycle management Strong understanding of B2B SaaS metrics and reporting Why Join Persimmony?
