Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Account Representative to join our expanding team. In this entry-level position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our account management team by fostering strong relationships with clients and assisting in the day-to-day operations that ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior account representatives in managing client accounts and relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement account strategies.
• Conduct research to understand client needs and market trends.
• Prepare and present reports on account status and performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
