What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers
• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for AI/ML and data product initiatives within cybersecurity
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models for threat detection and predictive analytics
• Own the lifecycle of cybersecurity data products from ideation to continuous improvement
• Partner with enterprise data teams to ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standards

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Degree or equivalent experience, typically requiring 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of management experience
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, data analytics, or AI/ML, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in cybersecurity data ingestion, AI/ML model development, and data product management
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity domains, including threat detection and incident response
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in a highly regulated industry, such as healthcare or finance
• Familiarity with cloud-native security and data architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
