Position: Full-time, Loan Operations Clerk
Location: Honolulu
Industry: Banking
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Pay: $18.00 per hour

The Loan Operations Clerk is responsible for supporting the loan processing and servicing team. This entry-level role involves reviewing mail, mailing out letters, retrieving paper automobile titles, and preparing documents for scanning. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to develop a career in banking operations.

Job Duties:

• Process and review loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Support loan servicing activities, such as file maintenance and recordkeeping.
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth loan processing.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of customer loan information.
• Assist with audits and reporting as needed.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in banking, loan processing, or clerical work is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of banking regulations and loan procedures preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
