The Finance Associate will play a key role in supporting financial operations, reporting, analysis, and planning activities. This position is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in finance or accounting who is eager to grow their skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Perform variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting support.

• Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with month-end close activities.

• Analyze financial data and trends to support strategic business decisions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial insights and improve processes.

• Support the development of financial models and dashboards.

• Maintain documentation of financial procedures and ensure compliance with internal controls.

• Assist with audits, both internal and external, by providing necessary documentation and analysis.

• Participate in special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a finance, accounting, or business analysis role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with financial modeling and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Internship or work experience in a corporate finance or accounting setting.

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
