MasTec Advanced Technologies is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Field Technicians ! 

 

In this role, you'll play a vital role in installing and servicing DirecTV satellite systems for our valued customers. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their skills and advance within the telecommunications industry.

• Competitive Pay : Performance-based pay with average earnings of $22–$26/hour. 
• Paid Training : $18/hour pay during 4-week training in Piedmont, SC. (Hotel acc. + per diem provided per eligibility)

What You’ll Need:  

• Valid U.S. driver’s license. 
• Reliable transportation for a two-week training program. 
• Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb 36-ft ladders. 
• Availability to work weekends. 
• Willingness to undergo drug testing, background checks, and a motor vehicle driving record check. 
• Availability to start by 7/21/25.
