🔧 About the Role

You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing elevator modernization and repair projects across both public and private sectors. From aging infrastructure to high-spec modernization scopes, you’ll bring a consultative, strategic approach to helping clients make informed decisions about their equipment.

This is not a plug-and-play sales job. We need a seasoned pro who understands:

  • The technical nuances of elevator equipment and modernization
  • How to position value rather than price
  • The art of messaging and framing problems that customers didn’t even know they had
  • The discipline of a sales process built on fundamentals, not fluff
  • The importance of pipeline accountability and proactive follow-up

🧠 What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in elevator modernization and/or repair sales
  • Strong working knowledge of ASME A17.1 , elevator systems, and modernization scopes
  • Proven ability to close technically complex projects , including municipal and government RFPs
  • High emotional intelligence and an ability to build trust across all levels of an organization
  • Deep understanding of value-based selling, customer segmentation, and message-market fit
  • Relentless ownership mindset. You don’t wait for direction — you create the path forward
  • A track record of exceeding quotas without sacrificing integrity
  • Experience navigating long sales cycles and aligning stakeholders

Compensation: 80k-150k+ DOE
