What You’ll Do:

• Provide transportation and support for community outings, appointments, and shopping.
• Assist with daily living skills: meal prep, household cleaning, medication reminders.
• Guide participants in achieving developmental goals—community participation, budgeting, exercise, nutrition, and job readiness.
• Support personal care needs, including hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
• Work with individuals with a range of developmental, behavioral, and mental health needs.

Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or GED, or documented 5 years of caregiving experience can be substituted for education
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
• Successful clearance of background checks
• A reliable, responsible attitude
• A compassionate approach and a commitment to quality in everything you do
