We are seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to support our exceptional staff and patients. We are specifically looking for experience with billing and insurance.

Main Responsibilities of a Receptionist :

• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area
• Verify and update patient information
• Schedule appointments for multiple providers
• Calculate patient co-insurance
• Verify patient insurance over the phone and online
• New patient intake
• Prepare billing statements and insurance claims
• Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality

Requirements :

• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and codes
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask
• Proficient with the computer and relevant software
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Familiar with general administrative and clerical procedures
• Must be positive, happy, motivated, outgoing, and enjoy working in a team.
