What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Analyze and provide reports related to contracts and quoting support from Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance
• Monitor and maintain contract hierarchies and ensure accurate account alignments
• Create and manage new accounts, including contract lifecycle management and operational reporting
• Lead and support commercial operations initiatives, including process improvements and data flow to Salesforce
• Assist in contract management, including expiration monitoring, review, and input to Salesforce

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field, or 5+ years of directly related work experience
• 2+ years of experience in a related field such as life sciences, pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotech
• 2+ years of contract management experience within a contract lifecycle management program
• Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Salesforce preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in diverse environments
