Welcome to UnionPark, a unique blend of equal parts coffee shop, bakery, cocktail lounge and event space. We are seeking a Coffee Shop Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all barista activities
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and drink preparation
• Train and manage barista personnel
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
• Work with kitchen manager to coordinate rotating food menus and food service

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or other related fields, preferably at a coffee shop
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A passion for coffee
• Specialty Coffee Association certification (not required but a plus)
• Serve Safe and TIPS certification (not required but a plus)
