At Soul Caffeine , we believe coffee should be more than just a drink — it should be an experience that connects people and uplifts the community. We’re looking for a Manager to lead our location in Spanish Fort, AL and help us deliver that experience every single day.
What You’ll Do:
Lead daily operations using our standard operating procedures to ensure the café runs smoothly and efficiently.
Manage and support an amazing team of baristas , including scheduling and team development.
Collaborate with the management team on inventory tracking and ordering.
Train new hires using our proven barista training program.
Serve as a working manager — you’ll make drinks, interact with customers, and lead by example.
Deliver warm, authentic service that makes customers feel like family.
Report directly to the owner and contribute to the overall success of Soul Caffeine.
What We’re Looking For:
Management experience in food service is required — you’ve led a team and understand how to motivate, train, and run a tight ship.
Barista experience is a plus , but if you’re new to the espresso bar, we’ll train you!
A passion for coffee and people.
