Administrative Assistant/Athletics Department


LOCATION:


Nauset Regional High School


DESCRIPTIVE STATEMENT


OF POSITION:


10-month position (includes working 5 days before and 5 days after student


academic year), 8 hours per day, Mon-Fri.


Responsibilities:

• Extensive and congenial public relations and contact with students, staff, parents, vendors, and community members.
• Use of technology to complete spreadsheets, schedules, etc.
• Provide secretarial support to ensure the smooth flow of daily operations, and communications with the bus company, officials, other schools, homes and vendors.
• Collect and maintain all student data in the information system database.
• Participate in event planning, meeting coordination, record keeping and all aspects of administrative support.
• Ability to work in a busy office environment and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Reports to the Director of Athletics

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience and skilled in the use of technology; Microsoft Office, Google Platform, as well as other information management /database applications
• Excellent keyboarding & communication skills

SALARY:


Per prevailing agreement
